DEFINITIONS

The 'Association' means the Hounslow Heritage Guides Association, it’s agents and servants engaged in the activities of the Association. "Hounslow-Heritage.org.uk" is the Domain name of the website currently viewed as is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hounslow Heritage Guides Association for the purpose of providing information via the internet
The "user" means the person, firm or company engaging the services of the Hounslow Heritage Guides Association or using Hounslow-Heritage.org.uk. The Association reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions without notice.

APPLICATION

These terms and conditions apply to any provision of services or media by the Association to the Public. Any use of either Hounslow-Heritage.org.uk or any provisions or content contained therein will be deemed to imply agreement by the user of these Terms & Conditions.

Users of Hounslow-Heritage.org.uk acknowledge that the rights to the content are owned by the Association and it's media suppliers and that the content is protected by United Kingdom copyright laws, international treaty provisions and all other applicable national laws.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Association shall not be liable for any claim arising out of the performance, non-performance, delay in delivery of or defect in Hounslow-Heritage.org.uk nor for any special, indirect, economic or consequential loss or damage howsoever arising or howsoever caused (including loss of profit or loss of revenue) whether from negligence or otherwise in connection with the supply, functioning or use of the site or any content therein. Any liability of the Association shall in any event be limited to the fees paid by the user in the instance in which the event of default arises.

SYSTEM FAILURE

In the case of error, failure or absence, however caused, of the display of these terms and conditions then the same notices, disclaimers and terms and conditions will in any event apply to those pages. Where any feature fails on account of ‘browser’ incompatibility the version displayed in Microsoft © Internet Explorer © version 5.1 will be held as taking precedence in any possible disputes.

GOVERNING LAW & SEVERABILITY

These Terms & Conditions shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. In the event that any provisions in these Terms and Conditions should be held unenforceable for any reason the remaining Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect
